Inquiry and Response System

  • The Inquiry and Response System includes a large number of questions and answers submitted over the past few years.
  • In most cases, questions similar to your inquiry may already have been submitted.
  • The Search Database feature to seek an answer to your question is now required. If, after reviewing the results, you do not find your answer, use the Submit a Question feature that will appear at the end of the search results.
  • Please note, additional information to assist the I & R team in answering your question will be required and appears when you submit a question.

Search Database
Click on search database to review previously submitted questions and answers in the following areas:

  • AJCC Staging
  • Cancer Program Standards 2004, Revised Edition
  • Collaborative Stage
  • Facility Oncology Registry Data Standards (FORDS)
  • National Cancer Data Base (NCDB)
  • Multiple Primary / Histology Rules

Search Tips

  1. A maximum of 4 keywords may be entered for your search. Do not use punctuation or abbreviations.
  2. Keywords entered will be found in either the question or answer fields on the I & R screen.
  3. Fewer keywords will result in a larger number of search responses. More keywords will narrow the number of serach responses, e.g., "multiplicity counter" will return many more search responses then "multiplicity counter foci".
